Shipping fast, almost no smell, cool to try, and will be repurchased if good
Pillow pleasant to the touch. Good quality materials. Unfortunately, in my case, the placement after assembly is too low. There should still be a height adjustment so that you can pull the pillow higher. I know that this is due to the height of the chair/my height so for someone else it can be appropriate. I recommend with an annotation that not for everyone
Refreshing you feel cold in the neck
It has a very good cushions and is cool with a cold texture material.
